What Scrabble words have double Z?

Common double-Z words include BUZZ, FIZZ, FUZZ, JAZZ, PIZZAZZ, RAZZMATAZZ, and FRIZZ. These score extremely well because Z is worth 10 points per tile.

Are there words with double Q or double X?

No standard English words contain QQ. A few obscure words contain XX (like EXXON as a proper noun, which is not valid in Scrabble). Double X and double Q are essentially non-existent in valid game words.
